I'm a trauma-informed yoga teacher, Ayurvedic Practitioner and Reiki master with focus on women’s health and nervous system regulation.

I believe in a holistic approach to wellbeing and I'm committed to bring healing practices to women who wish to reconnect with their body and breath, and to create a safe space where you can slow down, be present, find calm amidst the chaos and restore your energy.

In my classes I provide a safe space for you to slow down, be present, find calm amidst the chaos, and connect with your body with curiosity and kindness.
